JOB OVERVIEW – HOUSEKEEPING LEAD

ASSIST WITH LEADING AND TRAINING HOUSEKEEPING STAFF, COMPLETE ADDITIONAL DAILY HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES.
Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel’s established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
1. Must have a good understanding of the English language.
2. Experience in some cleaning capacity, preferably Housekeeping.
3. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Desirable:
1. High school graduate.
2. Previous experience in hospitality industry, preferably Housekeeping.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Helps, coordinates work activities for the J1 Work and Travel Seasonal Staff.
2. Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
3. Clean guest rooms by category priority.
4. Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned guest room and position securely.
5. Service assigned guest rooms.
6. Ensure presence of fire safety, rate cards and DND sign. Inspect condition and replace as needed.
7. Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet.
8. Return and restock cart at end of shift.
9. Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor.
10. Turn over any lost and found items from guest rooms to the Supervisor.

İŞ HAKKINDA – HOUSEKEEPING LEAD

HOUSEKEEPER’LARİN EĞİTİMİ VE YÖNETİMİNDE USLERİNE YARDIM ETMEK, GUNLUK VERILEN ILAVE HOUSEKEEPING GOREVLERINI TAMAMLAMAK.

Verilen odaları otel standartlarına uygun olacak şekilde temizleme. Her turlu bakim eksikliklerini ve müşteri istek ile şikâyetlerini rapor etme. Müşterilerin odalarının güvenlik ve mahremiyetini gözetme.

İSTENEN ÖZELLİKLER
Zorunlu:
1. Ingilizceyi iyi anlayabilme kabiliyeti.
2. Temizlik tecrubesine varsa housekeeping tecrubesine sahip olma.
3. Mukemmel musteri hizmeti saglama ve profesyonel davranis sergileme.

Tercihen:
1. Lise mezuniyeti.
2. Otelcilik – Tercihen housekeeping – alaninda is tecrubesi.

TEMEL İŞ GÖREVLERİ
1. Diger J1 ogrencilerinin clismalarinin takibinde yardimci olmak ve koordine etmek.
2. OSHA duzenlemeleri ve otel kurallarin auygun olarak dogru yuzeylerde dogru temizlik malzemelerini kullanmak.
3. Odalari belirlenen oncelik kategorisine gore temizlemek.
4. Malzeme arabalarini odalara guvenli sekilde goturmek.
5. Verilen musteri odalarina servis yapmak.
6. Yangin guvenlik ve isaret levhalarinin, puanlama cetvellerinin, ve rhatsiz etmeyiniz tabelalarinin odalarda oldugunu kontrol etme. Yoksa tedarik etmek.
7. Temizlenen odanin durumunu gorev tablosuna islemek.
8. Malzeme araclarini gorev sonunda yeniden yuklemek.
9. Her turlu hasar ve bakim problemlerini supervizore bildirmek.
10. Kayip ya da unutulmus esyalari hemen supervizore ulastirmak.
