JOB OVERVIEW – BREAKFAST ATTENDANT

Set up, maintain and breakdown the food lines and serve scheduled meals to Hotel employees, courteously and efficiently in accordance with Hotel standards. Maintain the cleanliness, organization and sanitation of work stations, dining areas and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
1. Must have good understanding of the English language.
2. Provide legible communication.
3. Compute basic arithmetic.
Desirable:
1. Previous Culinary or Restaurant experience.
2. Knowledge of food preparation and handling.
3. Knowledge of sanitation techniques and requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Maintain positive customer relations at all times with guests.
2. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
3. Receive food from Kitchen and place in designated holding areas at specified temperatures.
4. Monitor and maintain the quality of all food and cleanliness on service lines.
5. Remove soiled trays and wares from the dining tables and separate items at breakdown station.
6. Wipe dining tables clean and replenish tabletop condiments throughout the shift.
7. Clean up spills immediately.
8. Clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensing equipment and other equipment, following procedures.
9. Report any equipment damages, safety hazards, maintenance problems and personnel problems to the Manager.
10. Sweep and mop the floor.

Otel standartlarina uygun ve etkin bir sekilde masalari kurmak, eksikleri tamamlamak, toplama ve otel calisanlarina belirlenmis yemek sevislerini yapmak. Calisma alaninin, yemek salonunun ve ekipmanlarin bakimi, temiz tutulmasi ve bununla alakali tum calismalar.

İŞTENEN ÖZELLİKLER
Zorunlu:
1. Ingilizceyi iyi anlayabilmeli.
2. Makul seviyede Ingilizce iletisim kurabilmeli .
3. Temel seviyede hesaplama yapabilmeli.
Tercihen:
1. Restaurant ya da yeme icme ile ilgili calisma tecrubesi.
2. Yemek hazirlama bilgisi.
3. Gida hijyeni ve saklanmasi hakkinda bilgi.

TEMEL İŞ GÖREVLERİ
1. Misafirlerle her zaman yapici musteri ilskisini saglama.
2. Belirlenen calisma lanlarinda temizligi, gida hijyenini saglama ve gozetme.
3. Mutfaktan gidalari alma ve belirlenen saklama yerlerinde ve belirlenen sicakliklarda saklanacak sekilde yerlestirme.
4. Gida kalitesini kontrol etme ve servis yerlerinin temizligini saglama.
5. Kullanilmis gerecleri masalardan alma ve her bir gereci kendisi icin ayrilmis yerlere goturme.
6. Masalari slime ve gereli durumlarda masa ortulerini degistirme.
7. Kirinti ve dokuntuleri aninda temizleme.
8. Servis masalarinin, icecek sevis ekipmanlarinin, ve diger ekipmanlarin ilgili kurallara gore temizligini saglama.
9. Her turlu ekipman hasarlarini, tehlikeli durumlari, bakim problemlerini ve personel problemlerini Mudur’e bildirme.
10. Yerleri supurme ve paspaslama.
